It's best to keep sharp objects or surfaces like rock and concrete away from your case to avoid scratches.
Avoid Friction
Be mindful when storing your phone in your pocket, bag, or tight spaces. Constant rubbing against the phone case can cause rhinestones to loosen.
Refund Policy
Because of the delicate nature of our phone cases, we ask you to carefully read our refund policy.

We do not accept returns; however, refunds are available only in the case of damages or defects.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
